Ian Kings

Ian qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Whinney (now Ernst and Young) in Newcastle upon Tyne and then moved into their Recovery and Insolvency Department in September 1983. In 1992 he moved to Jennings Johnson a large North East regional firm of Chartered Accountants and in 1993 became the second recovery and insolvency partner with that firm. Jennings Johnson was acquired by RSM Tenon in 2001 and since then Ian has been a Director in the Sunderland Office heading up the Recovery and Insolvency Department.
Ian has experience in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency with particular expertise in the printing and construction sectors. In addition Ian has a large network of professional contacts and is often asked to advise lenders, directors, shareholders, creditors and customers of companies in financial difficulties.
